General Terms and Conditions for Airport Elegance

1. Booking and Reservations:

Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking form and a valid deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.




Changes:
Modifications to the booking, including date, time, or location, must be made with [number] hours’ notice and may be subject to a fee.

Vehicle Type:
While we strive to accommodate specific vehicle requests, vehicle availability is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable vehicle.


Driver Information:
We will provide the driver’s name and contact information to the customer before the service begins. 







2. Payment:

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fare is required to secure the booking.




Payment Methods:
We accept [list of payment methods, e.g., cash, credit cards, etc.].




Late Payment:
A late fee of 10% will be applied to any outstanding balance not paid within 2 days of the invoice date.




Tolls and Fees:
All tolls, parking fees, and other incidental charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final bill. 





3. Cancellation:

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.



No-Show:
If the customer fails to appear for the scheduled pickup, the full fare will be charged, and no refund will be issued. 


4. Conduct:

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the conduct of themselves and their passengers during the service.

Prohibited Activities:
Smoking, consumption of food or drinks (except water), and excessive noise are prohibited inside the vehicle.

Damage:
Customers are liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions or the actions of their passengers.


Safety:
Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.


Children:
The transport of children must be specified when booking, and the number of children, age, height, and weight must be provided so that legal child seats can be taken along. 






5. Liability:

Limitation of Liability:
Airport Elegance is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.




Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as traffic accidents, weather conditions, or mechanical failures. 




6. Privacy:

Data Protection:
We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Sharing Information:
We may share your personal data with our drivers and other service providers as necessary to provide the service. 





7. Governing Law:

Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, United States.



Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved through [method of dispute resolution, e.g., arbitration, mediation].
